On 27 February 2019, the Liechtensteinische Landtag (parliament) resolved to revoke the state guarantee from 1 July 2019. The limited state guarantee defined in Article 5 of the Law on the Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLBG) previously stipulated that the Principality should be liable for savings account deposits and medium-term notes (cash bonds) of LLB. |
